In the guided meditation sessions this weekend we will learn the profound Buddhist practice of Taking and Giving, which has been used for centuries as a healing meditation. It can empower us to skillfully and peacefully transform our pain and problems into spiritual strength, allowing us to keep our heart open, steady and strong in difficult times.
It builds positive, beneficial energy within us, which we then share with everyone we encounter. This meditation is a simple, effective way to heal the deepest causes of pain and suffering, and bring benefit to ourselves, our loved ones and all others.
