In this class we focus on deepening our daily meditation practice and understanding how the mind develops through familiarity. Whatever we become familiar with increases. If we become familiar with anger, it grows stronger. If we become familiar with patience, compassion, and wisdom, these qualities increase.
Using teachings from How to Solve Our Human Problems, we learn practical methods to abandon negative states of mind and cultivate peaceful, compassionate, and loving minds. Especially in difficult times, it is essential to train in this way. By improving our mind day by day, we gradually transform our experience of everyday life. 10am - 11am
