Despite our best intentions, the attempt to ‘fix’ ourself so often fails. We slide back into old patterns and find ourselves right back where we started - or even worse, more discouraged than ever. Why does this happen? According to  Buddhist psychology the answer is simple: real change can only come through self-acceptance. 

Through Buddha’s wisdom advice and the practice of meditation we can learn to connect with a deeper sense of who we are. We discover a new way of relating to ourselves and our potential. This allows us to fully accept who we are  now, whilst also cultivating the self-respect and self-confidence that makes real  change possible.
