A Taste of Silence: Mini Silent Retreat 

Take a rest from your phone and join us to experience the deep restorative power of silence. By slowing down and turning down the volume of outer distractions, and then doing the same with our inner distractions, we’ll gradually settle into our hearts and tap into the clarity and peace that are natural to us.

No experience necessary, everyone is welcome!

The morning includes:

Three simple guided meditations

Silent breaks for tea, contemplation, journaling or reading

Opportunity for Q & A and discussion at the end
