The ‘eleven virtuous mental factors’ are special thoughts and intentions that naturally give rise to peace and happiness. 

Although first described by Buddha over two and a half thousand years ago, these ancient insights are more timely and relevant than ever. 

Each of the eleven habits has the power to shift your perspective, shake off stress and boost emotional well-being.

In this May through June series, we’ll explore and unpack each of the eleven insights, and discover how Buddhist meditation can power-up the positivity in your life.
