THE ESSENTIAL PRACTICES OF A KADAMPA: Introduction to Heart Jewel & Lamrim

We will explore the beautiful prayer practice called Heart Jewel which increases our wisdom, compassion and spiritual power and prepares us to engage in three types of meditation — lamrim, lojong and mahamudra — and we’ll introduce Je Tsongkhapa’s poem, “3 Principal Aspects of the Path”, as a framework for this series.
