How to Embrace Those Who Do Not Embrace Us

We can often feel disturbed and upset when we see certain behaviors and situations in people and the world. It can be difficult to reconcile these actions within our mind without losing our inner peace or developing anger, criticism or judgment. Each of these is a cause of suffering for us.

Buddha tells us we have a choice at these times.

If we want to maintain our inner peace, and our love and compassion for others, we have to open our mind to new perspectives and methods to help us view these people and situations in a way that allows us to remain peaceful, loving, and kind.

In this course, we will learn these methods and how to apply them, which can completely alter our experience in a beneficial way.
