Finding Inner Peace by Connecting to Our Hearts

Within the hearts of each and every one of us is a deep well of inner peace, that is natural to us and always there. Yet each day, our mind is clouded with disturbing thoughts and feelings and we find ourselves vulnerable to the shifting and changing conditions of daily life.

By connecting to our heart, we can learn to access this inner peace all the time. Buddha taught that the way to make this connection is training in meditation.

In this series, we will learn how to  develop and sustain a meditation practice that will allow us to access the peace within our own mind, and remain connected with it throughout our daily life, no matter what conditions are arising.
