Purifying and Empowering Body, Speech and Mind The Traditional Practice of Prostrations

Join us for a workshop on this beautiful traditional practice which functions both to purify negativity and build positive energy within us. We will explore the many levels of meaning, the physical and spiritual benefits, and how to engage in it according to our capacity. The most important prostration happens within our heart, and therefore can be practiced by anyone of any age with any physical challenge. We’ll be introduced to a few ways of making prostrations, including the practice of The 35 Confession Buddhas. Through prostration practice we can purify and heal our body, speech and mind, and create the causes to attain an enlightened body, speech and mind.
