In this class we explore how meditation helps us turn toward the real source of happiness, our own mind. In Joyful Path of Good Fortune, “When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within.” Through guided meditation and practical teachings, we learn how to calm the mind again and again, so peace becomes more familiar and our experience of daily life begins to feel warmer and lighter.
