Loneliness: Finding Our Way Through the Darkness

All of us have experienced loneliness, but it is so widespread in these times that the surgeon general has declared it an epidemic. It’s been found to be a major contributing factor in many physical and mental illnesses, in particular, the onset of dementia. In itself, loneliness can be a deeply painful experience. In this series we’ll explore four meditations based in wisdom and compassion which will help us find our way through the darkness of loneliness to the light of connection and belonging.
