Often, when we feel anxiety, our instinct is to immediately try to get rid of it by avoiding the situations that we think caused it. In this two-session workshop we will explore how we can use our anxiety to lead us to increased self-awareness and spiritual growth, especially through contemplating Buddha’s teachings on acceptance and impermanence. We will learn the simple meditation on the clarity of the mind, which is a very effective way to work with our anxiety.
