In challenging situations our thoughts can quickly spiral into anxiety, frustration or even hopelessness. Through Buddha’s teachings and meditations, we learn to recognize and reduce unhelpful mental habits and replace them with more positive and realistic minds. In this way we can learn how to enjoy more positive, virtuous states of mind — no matter what is happening around us.
