Illness as a Spiritual Practice

Illness often arrives uninvited, disrupting our lives and plans. Yet within its difficulty lies a profound opportunity for awakening. This course invites participants to explore illness—not as a detour from the spiritual path, but as part of the path itself. We’ll examine how physical and mental suffering can open the heart, deepen compassion, and reveal the impermanence and interconnection at the core of spiritual life.  Rather than seeing illness as an obstacle, we can engage with it as a spiritual teacher — one that brings us closer to the truth.

Whether you’re navigating illness personally, supporting others in their healing, or simply wish to prepare your heart for what life inevitably brings, this course offers a space for sharing and transformation.

Everyone welcome.
