All of us want to help our family, our friends and this world. Many of us want to help so much that we have a hard time saying no! We can  wind up feeling overextended, stressed or even resentful. Sometimes, along with our sincere wish to help, is an underlying tendency to “need to be needed”, or to be a “people pleaser”. Buddha can help us with practical advice and strategies for uncovering these survival-based  patterns and transforming them through: • knowing our true value • setting wise boundaries • and learning ways of helping and giving that leave us feeling peaceful, relaxed and of greater benefit to others than ever before.
