If lasting happiness cannot be found in external conditions, where can it be found? In this session, we will explore a special breathing meditation and discover the extraordinary potential for peace, contentment, and happiness that already exists within our own mind.
Session 2
Tools for Lasting Happiness
with Megan Frey | 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Knowing what would make us happier and actually doing it are often two different things. In this session, we will explore the habits of mind that keep us stuck in cycles of distraction and dissatisfaction, and learn practical meditation tools for retraining our attention and creating the causes for genuine happiness in daily life.
