To Be or Not to Be Angry? That Should Not Even Be The Question

In this series we will look at Buddha’s wisdom and analysis of the problem with anger—why it is a poison that harms us even more than those we inflict it upon. We will identify alternative minds we can go to instead that can free us and our world from what has become such a nasty and tragic habit of mind.
